Job Description Neff Specialties is a specialty construction product sales office that provides a wide range of finish products for commercial construction projects - i.e. cabinetry, bathroom partitions and accessories, visual display products, overhead doors, operable partitions, and more. We are seeking applicants for immediate hire for a full-time position of Project Manager. The successful applicant will be expected to manage all aspects of each project from initial scope and contract review to final billing.

Location:

Hastings, PA Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Discuss with clients the specific requirements of each project
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs as needed
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Invoice customers in accordance with project requirements
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned Project Manager Skills and Qualifications
• Highly organized and motivated
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Proficient in reading blueprints
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu is a plus!
