) Company Overview Break & Build LLC is a premier growing construction company looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Front Desk Representative to manage our daily office operations. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and the organizational backbone of our new officeKey Responsibilities Client Relations & Lead Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for all inbound inquiries. Qualify potential projects based on scope, budget, and timeline, and manage the Principal's professional calendar for site consultations.Subcontractor Coordination:
Manage daily logistics for field crews. This includes confirming job site arrivals, verifying schedules for upcoming phases, and ensuring subcontractors have all necessary project specifications.Project Documentation:
Maintain digital project files, including the organization of site photography, permit tracking, and contract management.Operational Support:
Execute follow-up sequences for outstanding proposals, process basic invoicing, and provide daily status updates to the leadership team.Candidate Profile Exceptional Communication:
Must possess a professional, authoritative phone presence and the ability to communicate effectively with both high-net-worth clients and field laborers.Detail-Oriented:
A natural "organizer" who thrives on creating order out of moving parts.Technically Proficient:
Mastery of Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Sheets) and a high comfort level learning construction management software.Self-Governing:
As a remote professional, you must demonstrate the ability to manage your workflow independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision.Industry Interest:
While prior construction experience is a plus, a willingness to learn the "language" of the trade is required.Pay:
