full-time Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction About the Role A leading national general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities Own project financial performance, forecasting, cash flow, and cost control. Manage contracts, purchase orders, change orders, allowances, and project risk. Identify cost and schedule exposures and take corrective action early. Lead project scheduling, procurement, buyout, and critical-path management. Maintain strong owner, subcontractor, and vendor relationships. Ensure timely documentation, reporting, approvals, and contractual notices. Drive quality control, compliance, punch list, and project closeout activities. Establish effective project meetings, controls, and reporting processes. Lead, mentor, and develop project team members. Hold subcontractors and project partners accountable for cost, quality, and schedule performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, business, or related field preferred. 7+ years of construction/project management experience , ideally on projects of similar size and complexity. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, financial management, scheduling, and project controls. Demonstrated success managing project profitability and delivering strong closeouts. Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong business judgment and ability to make decisive decisions in ambiguous situations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven leadership, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills. Proactive, accountable, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
