Pocono Pro Painting & Power Washing is looking for a high-accountability Project Manager to oversee multiple residential painting projects throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. This is not a desk job or a traditional 9-5 position. Project management in the trades requires ownership, flexibility, and a willingness to get the job done. You'll be in the field overseeing crews, communicating with homeowners, managing schedules, solving problems, protecting job profitability, and performing quality-control walkthroughs. Weather changes, schedules move, and challenges don't always happen between 9 and 5. We're looking for someone who understands that responsibility, takes ownership of their projects from start to finish, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. We're looking for someone who sees a problem and solves it—not someone who waits to be told what to do.
