Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Commercial HVAC systems to lead complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of HVAC project management, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with industry standards. Your leadership will drive project success through strategic planning, team coordination, and meticulous execution. Essential Job Functions Represent yourself and the company in a professional manner. Have an intimate knowledge of the codes and standards governing the work, activities/skillsets required to carry out the work, and technical background in the field of work being managed. Provide oversight for Project Managers and directly manage projects as follows: Review project proposals to determine time frame, budgets, process for accomplishing tasks, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources. Review all project documentation and specifications (including other trades) and have an intimate knowledge of the entire scope of work and assignments. Create budgets, estimate costs to complete, schedules, manage expenditures, and track project financials including payment applications and receipt of payment. Review bids, negotiate contracts, descope subcontractors, and coordinate their activities. Perform technical review for equipment and systems to confirm physical fit, compatibility with all other trades and subs, conformity to project documents, and perform buyout. Develop project plans, timelines, work schedules, and activities including resource allocation as necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the project on time and within budget. Direct and coordinate activities of staff to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget. Maintains communications with customers, owners, architects, engineers, and project managers from other trades as necessary to align with expectations, report progress, and coordination. Maintain project communication, planning, and execution with project foreman and operations. Create and manage submittal process required for our work and all subcontractor work. Manage all project documentation including drawings, specifications, fabrication drawings, changes, RFI's, and submittals. Manage changes including development of change orders and implementation. Identify potential problems, provide technical advice for resolution, mitigate risks, respond to and track delays, and resolve conflicts. Coordinate and execute all long lead equipment and release dates according to the project schedule. Closeout projects in a timely and efficient manner. Provide monthly reporting for all projects including labor, schedules, cost, and estimated cost to complete. Maintain and update master schedule encompassing all project schedules and labor projections. All other duties as assigned.

$90,032.59 - $108,426.34 per year
