Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Superintendent/Project Manager position include: 3-5 years of roofing or siding construction management and supervisory experience preferred Review job packs and plan each job from start to finish Order materials, schedule work, and confirm customers Oversee installations and ensure quality, cleanliness, and proper closeout Close out jobs and collect payment Manage typically two roofing projects at a time, including slate, cedar, and tile Degree is a plus, not required; no specific certifications required
Salary:
$80,000-$95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
