Ability to perform hands-on engineering work involving assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and evaluation. Experience supporting engineering projects through development, testing, and implementation. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with drones, UAVs, RC aircraft, or similar electromechanical systems. Personal, academic, or professional experience assembling, modifying, testing, or operating drones. Experience with project management or engineering project coordination. Experience with mechanical prototyping and fabrication. Experience supporting customer technical requirements or engineering reviews. Job Responsibilities Support mechanical engineering projects from development through testing and implementation. Create, maintain, and update engineering project schedules. Track project milestones, deliverables, and completion dates. Perform hands-on assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and modification of mechanical systems. Support development and testing of drone and UAV-related systems. Evaluate mechanical components and assemblies for fit, function, and performance. Support prototype development and engineering validation activities. Document project status, design changes, test results, and technical issues. Participate in customer technical reviews and project discussions. Support resolution of engineering issues affecting project schedule, scope, or technical requirements.
