We are currently seeking an experienced In‑Home Sales Consultant to help customers find the right comfort solutions for their homes. What You'll Do As an In‑Home Sales Consultant, you will: Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers Assess heating and cooling needs and recommend appropriate system solutions Present pricing, options, and proposals in a clear, professional manner Build trust-based relationships with homeowners Close sales while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Meet or exceed individual sales goals What We're Looking For Proven in-home sales experience (HVAC, home improvement, or related industry preferred) Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills Consultative, customer-focused sales approach Self-motivated with excellent time management skills Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join H&H Heating and Cooling?
