Roofing Salespersons/Project manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Roofing Salesperson/Project Manager to join our growing team. As a key player in our organization, you will drive new business opportunities while overseeing the successful completion of roofing projects from start to finish. Your expertise in construction and roofing, along with excellent communication skills, will help us deliver exceptional results and build lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Actively pursue new sales opportunities by engaging with potential clients and presenting our roofing solutions confidently. Develop detailed construction estimates utilizing knowledge of roofing materials, schematics, blueprints, and cost calculations. Coordinate all aspects of roofing projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Oversee on-site activities, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to facilitate installation or repair work. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards while maintaining clear communication with clients and team members. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, perform quality checks, and address any issues related to framing, masonry, metal stud framing, or restoration work. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by supervising proper use of tools such as caulking guns, tile cutters, welding equipment, and other construction tools. Collaborate with subcontractors or vendors specializing in masonry, plumbing, stucco application, or remodeling as needed for comprehensive project delivery. Handle client inquiries professionally and provide detailed explanations of scope changes or technical requirements. Experience Proven experience in construction estimating, and managing roofing projects from inception to completion. Hands-on knowledge of roofing systems along with familiarity in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques on construction sites. Background in various construction trades including carpentry (trim carpentry), framing (metal stud framing), masonry (concrete forming), or restoration work is highly desirable. Experience working on diverse job sites such as commercial or residential roofs. Strong understanding of safety standards related to roofing installation and general construction practices. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for liaising effectively with clients, team members, vendors, and subcontractors.
