Job Description
Project Manager | Industrial EPC & Environmental Construction Help build something from the ground up. An industry-leading engineering, environmental, and project delivery organization is seeking a Project Manager to support high-impact industrial infrastructure and environmental construction programs throughout the Western United States. This opportunity offers the unique chance to help establish and grow a new regional project delivery team while leading complex projects involving industrial facilities, environmental remediation, treatment systems, and critical infrastructure. This is not a traditional commercial construction role. The ideal candidate will have experience managing industrial, refinery, petrochemical, remediation, treatment plant, or heavy process facility projects where safety, risk management, subcontractor oversight, and technical execution are critical to success. What You'll Do Lead industrial EPC and environmental construction projects from planning through execution. Manage project budgets, forecasts, contracts, invoices, and change orders. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams. Identify and mitigate project risks, both operational and financial. Partner directly with clients to deliver successful project outcomes. Support future business growth opportunities across the Western U.S. Drive project execution while maintaining safety, schedule, quality, and budget objectives. Utilize Microsoft Project and construction management software to track project performance. What We're Looking For Experience leading industrial construction, environmental remediation, refinery, petrochemical, treatment plant, manufacturing, or heavy infrastructure projects. Strong background managing subcontractors, procurement activities, project financials, and contract administration. Experience overseeing projects ranging from approximately $1M-$10M. Ability to work in both field and office environments. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Comfortable supporting projects throughout the Western U.S. Preferred Experience Environmental remediation Groundwater treatment systems Industrial process facilities Refinery or petrochemical facilities Decommissioning or demolition projects OSHA 30 and/or

Competitive base salary, bonus eligibility, and long-term growth opportunity Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Garden Grove, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $121.00 - $155.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
