THE STUDIO
we are an ultra-exclusive architecture studio crafting bespoke residential estates for discerning clients. our work demands meticulous attention to detail, profound spatial elegance, and an uncompromising standard of design excellence.
THE POSITION
we seek a high-level project manager with deep expertise in luxury residential architecture and rigorous local municipal codes. you will bridge the gap between visionary design and flawless technical execution, steering complex projects from initial concept through permitting and construction administration.
a note on presence:
this is a local hybrid role. while administrative work can be completed remotely, you must be physically present in the hamptons for critical site milestones, municipal board hearings, and mandatory weekend client meetings to accommodate our high-profile clientele.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES REGULATORY MASTERY
— navigate complex zoning laws, environmental constraints, architectural review boards (ARBs), and local building codes in the hamptons or comparable high-end jurisdictions.
DESIGN SENSITIVITY
— protect and execute the firm's high aesthetic standards, ensuring technical detailing enhances rather than compromises design elegance.
CLIENT RELATIONS
— serve as a primary touchpoint for high-profile clients, maintaining flexibility to lead and attend in-person meetings on weekends and evenings.
ON-SITE ADMINISTRATION
— conduct regular physical site visits to verify execution, maintain quality control, and coordinate with high-end general contractors and consultants.
CORE QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE
— 8+ years of architectural project management experience in high-end residential design.
MOBILITY
— ability to reliably commute to the hamptons, with availability for weekend site visits and client interaction.
CODE EXPERTISE
— demonstrated success securing permits within strict jurisdictions (such as hamptons townships, coastal overlays, or historic districts).
TECHNICAL SKILLS
— proficiency in revit, autocad, or similar professional drafting software; thorough knowledge of luxury construction assemblies.
DEMEANOR
— exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence suitable for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
