- $107,400

- Project Management" provides strategic and operational leadership to support the successful delivery of MSU's capital projects.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
30%- Supporting the Capital Project Delivery Manager in leading a team of project managers, administration, and successful delivery of capital projects. 25%
- Developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving project management standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance processes, policies, templates, and best practices to enhance consistency, compliance, operational efficiency, and project outcomes. 20%
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), including budget, schedule, change orders, contingency utilization, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Overseeing project financial management, including: budgets, forecasts, cash flow, funding utilization, and change order review. 10%
- Supporting capital project administrative activities for procurement, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Friday 8am
- 5pm This position may be on-call for emergencies related to the operating unit's capital projects outside of normal working hours.
