- Key Responsibilities
- + Own enterprise portfolio intake and prioritization: Lead the annual process to gather major initiatives from functional leaders, facilitate prioritization, and prepare the work for executive review and decision-making.

Improve how teams are held accountable to outcomes, especially where growth, cost-out, and system support expectations need greater rigor. + Lead and develop the PMO team: Manage and develop a team (including employees and contractors), guiding delivery standards, coaching, and execution excellence. + Enable enterprise transformation and integration work: Provide project leadership and oversight across major enterprise efforts such as integrations, divestitures, and cross-functional programs as portfolio demands require. + Advance PMO tools and ways of working: Help evolve tools and processes toward stronger portfolio visibility, planning, and execution discipline. + Build scalable project management standards: Contribute to the development and adoption of a project management playbook to improve consistency and enable repeatable success across the enterprise.- Qualifications
