Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee complex electrical infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive leader with strong construction management skills, exceptional project coordination abilities, and a deep understanding of electrical systems, construction regulations, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will drive project success by managing teams, coordinating schedules, controlling budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of electrical projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Manage project teams including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff to facilitate seamless project delivery. Develop detailed construction schedules using project management software to ensure timely completion. Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide project execution. Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment using estimating tools to optimize costs. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations. Monitor project progress through regular site visits, inspections, and documentation using Bluebeam or other construction management software. Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale electrical or infrastructure projects within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling tools such as Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with construction estimating software like project management platforms including ProCore. Extensive construction site experience with a focus on electrical systems installation and maintenance. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams in a construction management role with excellent time management skills. In-depth understanding of construction regulations, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards. Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination and contract management.
