Glance:
We are construction consultants for our high-end clients throughout the area. We maintain residential properties for some of the most affluent clients in the Greater Boston area. Through a partnership of trust and influence, our clients call upon our team to provide unparalleled service that often translates into medium to large remodel projects throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage, monitor and update the current business plan focusing on client satisfaction and financial performance Create and maintain systems and processes to ensure a continued high level of client confidence and loyalty Ensure the execution of all projects have clear scope, budget and timelines that meet the client's project needs and monitor over project life cycle Ensure all projects are executed at a high level of quality Manage, monitor and update processes that streamline work to help employees be more efficient and effective Work with divisional Directors to utilize the skills and talents of all Woodmeister employees in the execution of client projects Collaborate with the Circle team and subcontractors to organize, schedule and execute seasonal maintenance Directly manage a team including Personal Property Managers and Field Technicians Establish training programs on an individual and group level to meet goals Approve Daily/weekly scheduling of Personal Property Managers and Technicians Nurture and promote Woodmeister culture throughout division
Education and Other Skills Required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience At least 10 years business management experience in a customer focused environment required Thorough knowledge of construction, renovation and property upkeep, including experience with HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Skilled planner, able to organize, manage, budget and schedule Exceptional communication skills Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite We encourage all interested candidates to apply, even if you meet only some of the qualifications outlined above.
