Job Description
What You Will Do:
We are seeking a Program Management Support Coordinator! In this role you will support our Program Managers in the day-to-day execution of programs and new business pursuits. In this role, you will help ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget while supporting business pursuits aligned with Astronautics strategic goals. You will oversee program scheduling, reporting, metrics, and coordination; provide executive visibility into staffing, schedule, and budget performance; and lead assigned small projects or other initiatives as needed. This on-site position, with hybrid flexibility, is located at our headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report directly to the Director, Avionics Solutions.How You Will Do It:
Partner with Program Management and Business Development to understand program needs and provide effective support. Develop, maintain, and track program schedules, including executive-level schedules and scorecards. Prepare program metrics and status reports for Astronautics leadership, including staffing needs, schedule adherence, and budget performance. Track deliverables, action items, and document requirements to support customer commitments and timely completion. Support Program Managers with budget monitoring, program reviews, customer meetings, and meeting minutes. Support assigned projects and initiatives, including projects with multiple interdependent workstreams, in accordance with the Enterprise Project Management methodology. Assist with tracking project scope, quality, schedule, cost, resources, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with technical and non-technical teams, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to support project requirements and deliverables. Prepare informational and decision-support presentations for technical, business, customer, and vendor audiences.What We Look For:
Required Associate degree in business administration, project management, engineering technology, or a related field from an accredited institution preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent combined with at least three years of relevant work experience, including applicable military education, training, or experience, will be considered in lieu of the degree. Minimum three years of relevant experience in project coordination, project scheduling, PMO support, or project management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, organizational, teamwork, written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interpret data, develop meaningful reports and metrics, and communicate information to varied audiences. Ability to self-start, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively across departments. Desired Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling software. Experience using an enterprise project management methodology. Experience supporting programs or projects in an aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or other technical environment.Who We Are:
