Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives, specifically focused on Data Transformation and Cloud Migration. This is a high-priority role requiring strong leadership, strategic oversight, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of large transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives Manage Data Transformation and Cloud Migration initiatives across multiple teams Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery Drive governance, reporting, and communication across all levels of the organization Ensure adherence to best practices in program and project management Required Qualifications Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs (must-have) Strong background in Data Transformation and Cloud Migration projects Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies Preferred Qualifications Experience working in enterprise environments Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are a plus
