Entry-Level (0-2 years) About the Role TechLink Services is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Project Coordinator to join our Field Operations team. In this entry-level role, you will support the scheduling, tracking, and successful completion of field installation projects — helping keep technicians, clients, and project managers aligned from initial work order through job completion. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and working across teams in a fast-paced field services environment. Key Responsibilities Create, update, and track work orders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accurate and current information in project tracking systems. Coordinate scheduling between technicians, clients, and site contacts to confirm installation dates, times, and site readiness. Monitor project timelines and milestones, flagging potential delays or scheduling conflicts to the Project Manager. Serve as a first point of contact for site confirmations, rescheduling requests, and routine client questions. Maintain organized, accurate records of project documentation, including permits, equipment tracking, and job completion photos. Communicate regular status updates to project managers, clients, and other internal stakeholders. Support billing and invoicing coordination by verifying completed work order details for accuracy. Help identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, escalating more complex issues as needed. Assist with onboarding new sites and locations into project tracking and scheduling systems. Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned to support the field operations team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field is a plus. 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, scheduling, coordination, or customer service role. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software and web-based portals. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, technicians, clients, and vendors. Preferred Qualifications Prior exposure to work order management, CRM, or project tracking software. Familiarity with the field services, construction, retail, or installation industries. Experience supporting scheduling or dispatch functions. What TechLink Services Offers Hands-on training and mentorship to build a career in project coordination and field operations.
