Duties:
General project administration to support the development and management of utility regulatory filings by coordinating day‑to‑day case activities, maintaining organized and compliant documentation, and tracking all deadlines and submission requirements. Perform quality checks on financial, operational, and technical data used in rate cases, reviews, and compliance filings, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines. T his position also identifies opportunities to streamline case preparation workflows and improve cross‑functional coordination. Working closely with internal teams to support and monitor the timely completion of regulatory activities.
Skills:
Project coordinators must be well-organized, capable of working under pressure, and able to multitask, and attention to detail and a patient demeanor are also important. They should also be familiar with software such as Microsoft Excel, and a bachelor's degree in business or communications is generally required for this position. Work is usually done in an office environment, though some travel may occasionally be required.
