Job Description

About Us:
Mac Precision Concrete is a leader in concrete construction projects across the United States. We specialize in building high-quality concrete substations, foundations, and other complex infrastructure. With a commitment to excellence and teamwork, we take pride in delivering projects on time and within budget. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our growing portfolio of projects across various states, including Texas, Arizona, and Wisconsin.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for concrete construction projects. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Team Coordination:
Manage and lead multiple crews working on various sites. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams. Provide regular updates on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Budget and Resource Management:
Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place. Coordinate material orders and deliveries, ensuring proper resource allocation.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Oversee quality control checks and inspections for concrete structures.
