Role Description The Project Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Shelby Township, MI, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees residential restoration projects from initial storm inspection through project completion, coordinating schedules, materials, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality work. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, tracking progress, communicating with homeowners and insurance adjusters, and resolving onsite issues. The Project Manager will also review inspection reports, verify scope of work, support expediting of permits and materials, and maintain accurate documentation for each project. Close collaboration with field crews, office staff, and external partners is essential to deliver reliable, efficient restoration services.
