Position Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional business initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized project professional who can manage schedules, deliverables, stakeholder communications, risks, and dependencies while ensuring projects remain aligned with business priorities. The Project Manager will work closely with senior project leaders, business stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, and enabling functions to drive project coordination and execution. The successful candidate will bring strong project management fundamentals, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate cross-functional projects and business initiatives aligned with organizational goals and operational priorities. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans to support successful execution. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, establish priorities, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Track project progress, dependencies, action items, milestones, and deliverables while proactively identifying potential roadblocks. Identify, document, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes to appropriate project leadership. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to support integrated and timely project delivery. Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, meeting materials, and other project documentation for stakeholders and leadership. Support project governance by ensuring adherence to established methodologies, policies, compliance requirements, and organizational standards. Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up to ensure timely resolution and accountability. Support change management, business readiness, and operational alignment activities associated with project implementation. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the adoption of standardized project management methodologies and best practices. Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members and contribute to a collaborative project management environment. Represent the project management function in team-level planning, coordination, and delivery discussions. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Education 5+ years of project management experience supporting business projects, programs, or cross-functional workstreams. Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communications with increasing autonomy. Strong knowledge of project planning, resource coordination, budgeting, risk management, issue management, and project governance. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Strong skills in project documentation, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and change management. Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent platforms. Working knowledge of stakeholder engagement, escalation processes, project governance, and risk/issue mitigation. Ability to identify project risks and dependencies and contribute to effective mitigation strategies. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field. PMP, PgMP, Lean, Agile, Scrum, or other relevant project management certification. Experience managing vendors, third-party partners, or external stakeholders. Experience working within structured PMO, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management environments. Familiarity with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management platforms. Experience supporting enterprise-level transformation, operational improvement, technology, or business initiatives.
