Hybrid Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day execution of EDAM, Claravine, taxonomy, and metadata governance initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and critical path activities.
  • Coordinate activities across Marketing, Creative, Digital, Product, Analytics, Enterprise Technology Services, and vendor teams.
  • Facilitate working sessions, steering meetings, decision reviews, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Drive issue resolution and decision-making to prevent project delays.
  • Establish and maintain a centralized project repository for decisions, assumptions, risks, issues, dependencies, business definitions, taxonomy standards, and action items.
  • Document meeting outcomes and ensure decisions have clear owners and due dates.
  • Maintain RAID logs and escalation pathways.
  • Ensure stakeholders understand and align on program objectives, scope, and ownership.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder map across EDAM and Claravine workstreams.
  • Define roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and escalation paths.
  • Identify gaps in ownership and facilitate alignment discussions.
  • Ensure impacted teams understand upcoming changes and required actions.
  • Partner with Creative Services and business teams to prioritize requests, define deliverables, establish deadlines, and drive accountability.
  • Ensure work requiring creative participation has clear requirements, timelines, owners, and completion criteria.
  • Track progress and proactively remove blockers.
  • Support development and adoption of asset naming conventions, metadata standards, taxonomy governance processes, and asset classification standards.
  • Facilitate workshops to define and document business terminology.
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals across stakeholder groups.
  • Track governance decisions and implementation readiness.
  • Develop communication and adoption plans for impacted users.
  • Coordinate training materials, FAQs, readiness activities, and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify change impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support business readiness activities leading to major releases and migrations.
  • Lead execution planning and coordination for post-migration improvements, including: working asset cleanup, virtual library recovery, and single source of truth transition. Deliverables

          working file cleanup plan, virtual library recovery action plan, asset repository transition roadmap, operational support model recommendations Required Experience
          • 5+ years project or program management experience
          • Experience leading cross-functional business and technology initiatives
          • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
          • Experience with governance frameworks, RAID management, and executive reporting
          • Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and operating models
          • Demonstrated ability to drive accountability across multiple teams Preferred Experience
          • Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
          • Adobe Experience Manager Assets (AEM/EDA/EDAM)
          • Marketing Operations
          • Metadata governance and taxonomy programs
          • Digital marketing asset lifecycle management
          • Change management and organizational readiness What Success Looks Like At the conclusion of six months:
          • EDAM and Claravine initiatives have clearly documented ownership and governance.
          • Stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities.
          • Decisions, risks, and actions are consistently documented and tracked.
          • Creative teams receive clear requirements and deadlines.
          • Taxonomy and metadata standards are documented and socialized.
          • Working-file remediation efforts have an approved execution plan.
          • The Virtual Library issue has a documented recovery path and stakeholder alignment.
          • Leadership receives clear, concise status reporting and issue escalation.
          • Projects move forward with fewer stalled decisions and less ambiguity.
