This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Join our team to drive impactful projects and contribute to building innovative infrastructure that makes a difference. Immediate need for 2-3 specific single family renovations currently underway. Part time position the applicant will be allowed to contract other jobs while simutanelously completing our projects. Duties Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely delivery of construction initiatives Develop and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost controls using construction estimating software Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align project goals and specifications Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and construction documents including Civil 3D drawings for accuracy and compliance Monitor construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines Manage subcontractors and vendors by negotiating contracts and ensuring scope of work is completed as specified Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting to stakeholders on project status Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations, codes, and environmental standards Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in heavy civil or infrastructure project Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction drawings Experience managing contracts, change orders, and project documentation effectively Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills for effective project coordination Knowledge of construction site safety practices and regulatory compliance requirements
