The BIMsmith team crafts best-in-class BIM strategies and digital product experiences that help manufacturers connect with building designers in meaningful ways. We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of client relationships, methodical execution, and detail-driven delivery. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, communicates with confidence, and ensures every project is executed with precision and care. What You'll Do As a Project Manager at BIMsmith, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding projects from kickoff through delivery and ensuring an exceptional experience at every step. Own client relationships from onboarding through project completion, serving as a trusted partner and advisor Lead project execution across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met with precision Translate client needs into clear internal direction for our drafting and production teams Maintain strong communication with clients, proactively setting expectations, providing updates, and resolving issues quickly Ensure quality and accuracy in all deliverables, with a sharp eye for detail and consistency Drive accountability across internal workflows to keep projects moving efficiently Continuously improve processes by identifying opportunities to streamline delivery and elevate the client experience What Success Looks Like Clients consistently have a best-in-class experience working with BIMsmith Projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with exceptional quality You are seen as reliable, responsive, and highly organized—someone clients and teammates trust You bring structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving projects What You Bring 3-5+ years of experience in project management, client services, or a similar role Strong communication skills - you're clear, confident, and personable Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing precision A proactive, ownership-driven mindset - you don't wait for direction, you drive outcomes Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Ability to confidently navigate technical conversations and drive technical outcomes through a team, even without being the one doing the hands-on work Nice to have: Experience in AEC, BIM, or building products Familiarity with Revit or design workflows (not required, but helpful) Background in SaaS or a technology-driven company Why BIMsmith Work at the forefront of technology in the AEC industry Be part of a high-energy, growth-oriented team that values ownership and execution Collaborate with talented teammates across product, design, and engineering Make a real impact on how buildings are designed and built
