Impact:
Direct day-to-day management for commercial design/build and select high-end residential projects to ensure seamless execution. Collaborate daily with design professionals, internal teams, and subcontractors to maintain exceptional quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for executive clients, confidential partners, and corporate CEOs on negotiated builds. Manage project schedules, material flows, and team resources from initial planning through final delivery. Execute light regional travel to job sites located within 30 minutes to 1.5 hours of the Middletown office. Drive goal-oriented execution to achieve project completion and performance-based financial bonuses.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Related construction project management experience. Proven ability to manage commercial construction projects and direct multidisciplinary teams. Strong soft skills and technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with internal staff and high-level clients. Demonstrated experience working independently while maintaining strong team collaboration. Willingness to travel up to 20% of working hours to regional project sites. Background managing commercial portfolios
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in design/build delivery methods and owner representation services. Residential experience
Compensation & Benefits:
Bi-weekly pay cycle with salary ranging from $90,000 to $160,000 based on experience. Performance-based bonuses and project completion incentive programs.
