Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for an AI/HR Project Manager in a remote capacity. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a competitive compensation package. Please note we are unable to provide sponsorship or work c2c for this role. Position Overview We are seeking an AI/HR Project Manager to translate HR business needs into AI-enabled solutions. This role will define AI requirements, design end-to-end processes, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and ensure solutions are tested, production-ready, and continuously improved. Responsibilities Translate HR business needs into AI use cases, problem statements, user scenarios, and success criteria. Define end-to-end process flows, user journeys, system interactions, decision logic, and exception handling. Define AI requirements including intents, inputs, responses, decision logic, and fallback scenarios. Assess solution feasibility, architecture impact, integrations, data dependencies, and technical constraints. Coordinate architecture governance, delivery planning, dependencies, milestones, and release schedules. Lead UAT planning, test scenarios, defect triage, release readiness, and stakeholder sign-off. Provide clear status reporting on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies. Coordinate across HR/business stakeholders, AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity/privacy, delivery teams, and external partners. Support production validation, knowledge transfer, transition to support, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Experience working with AI, chatbots, conversational AI, or generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT. Experience with HR processes and HR ERP systems, preferably Workday Strong experience with UAT, defect management, release management, and Agile delivery. Experience working in regulated environments with cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance teams. Strong business analysis, process design, delivery coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with production validation, KT, and transition planning Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
