We specialize in hospitality, retail, commercial, and entertainment projects for globally recognized brands including Lululemon, TJX, McDonald's, LEGO, and Disney. Our team is collaborative, design-driven, and committed to delivering thoughtful, high-quality projects that meet both creative and technical excellence. The Position We're looking for a Project Manager to join our U.S. team—an experienced professional who can lead projects from concept through construction while ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets. In this role, you'll take ownership of one or more architectural projects of varying scale and complexity. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients, playing a key role in delivering successful project outcomes while mentoring team members and supporting business growth. What You'll Work On Lead the day-to-day execution of projects across all phases—from design through construction and closeout Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and work plans Monitor project performance to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget Track financials including forecasting, invoicing, and consultant coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations Lead project meetings, set agendas, and ensure clear documentation and follow-ups Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and assign responsibilities to ensure workflow alignment Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and internal processes Uphold design quality and technical standards across all deliverables Support proposal development and contribute to work planning efforts Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to junior team members What You'll Bring 7+years of experience in project management within the architectural field Proven ability to lead projects through all phases of design and construction Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and financial management Experience coordinating consultants and working with cross-functional teams Excellent communication and client relationship management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with architectural documentation and delivery processes Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar Who You Are A confident leader who takes ownership and drives results Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills A clear and effective communicator who can manage expectations and resolve challenges Collaborative and supportive, with a focus on team success and development Proactive, accountable, and committed to delivering high-quality work Passionate about architecture and continuous improvement Why Join Us K Paul Architect Inc will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with both remote and hybrid work options. Pay:
$54,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year
