Position Summary:
The Project Manager works directly with our customer base of physician offices and/or hospital IT departments. This position requires a team player who likes to build processes, adhere to a plan, and collaborate. This position develops and maintains project schedules, assists with customer data validation, and works closely with the client throughout the project life cycle. This position is an in-office, in-person, or hybrid role if local to South Bend, or remote if not local to South Bend.
Primary Responsibilities:
Acts as a primary point-of-contact for all assigned projects Builds customer relationships/satisfaction and keeps our internal resources on task Builds processes, adheres to a plan, and collaborates with others Develops and maintains project schedules, coordinates internal team meetings, maintains project calendars, prepares and/or edits meeting minutes/presentations/deliverables Ensures adherence to deadlines Maintains all project-related documents and generates project summary reports Assists with customer data validation Monitors and tracks project milestones and deliverables Ensures resources are on track to hit project milestones Involved in product development and/or quality assurance when needed Other duties as assigned
