We are a national leader in the industry, providing high-quality engineering, on-time service delivery, and skilled personnel paired with innovative technology and creative solutions. Specialties include OSP/ISP engineering, design, permitting, right-of-way and CAD for traditional and wireless telecommunications companies. We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Engineer with a strong background in engineering and construction . As Project Manager, you'll be the engine keeping projects moving forward— coordinating across customers, DOT, municipalities, engineers, construction teams, and vendors . Success in this role means keeping teams aligned, deliverables on track, and communication flowing clearly and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Oversee and manage multiple engineering and construction projects from planning to completion. Communicate regularly with internal teams, external stakeholders, municipalities, and subcontractors. Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope. Drive accountability across all parties, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively. Leverage digital tools to track project progress, documentation, and reporting.
What You'll Need:
Demonstrated experience managing engineering and construction projects. Proven success in fast-paced, deadline-driven Project Management roles. Experience developing cost estimates for BART projects, Completing redlines, Conducting print reviews, and Performing unit verification. Providing weekly status updates to the customer Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and professional across all mediums. High digital fluency; comfortable juggling multiple projects and tools simultaneously. A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and follow-through. Experience with Fireworks/Bidmaster, Sitetracker, and/or Netbuild is a major plus. Must be able to support Pacific Time Zone operations (location flexible within the U.S.).
