Lead prestigious custom residential projects valued at $3M+ About Our Client Our client is an established high-end residential construction firm that has been operating in the Greater Boston area since the early 1990s. With a team of approximately 30 professionals, they specialize in some of the region's most prestigious and intricate custom homes, while also taking on select addition and renovation projects. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering highly detailed, design-driven residential projects throughout the Metrowest area and Cape Cod. With a significant pipeline of newly awarded work, this is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing organization where they can take ownership of major projects and have a direct impact on their success. Job Description The Residential Project Manager will be responsible for: Manage high-end residential projects from preconstruction through final completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, and overall project performance. Coordinate closely with owners, architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Review plans, specifications, and project documents to identify potential issues and coordinate solutions. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoices, and other project documentation. Monitor project costs and maintain accurate financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Collaborate with Superintendents and field teams to resolve construction challenges and maintain project standards. Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent communication regarding project progress. Utilize Procore for project documentation, communication, scheduling, and management. Help coordinate multiple trades and ensure work is completed to the high standards expected on luxury residential projects. The Successful Applicant The Successful Residential Project Manager will ideally have:
Experience:
5+ years of Project Management experience in high-end residential construction.
Project Background:
Proven experience with custom homes, luxury renovations, and/or ground-up residential construction.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Procore is required.
Construction Knowledge:
Strong understanding of construction methods and the ability to understand how projects are physically built.
Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with high-end clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Leadership:
Ability to take ownership of projects and confidently lead teams through the construction process.
Location:
Must be commutable to Southborough, MA , with the ability to be onsite approximately 2-3 days per week. What's on Offer What is on offer for the

Base Salary:
Up to $130,000, depending on experience.
Bonus:
