Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Environmental Project Manager to support and manage soil remediation and site reclamation projects across Texas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate across project management, field coordination, client support, and technical documentation. This is not a desk-only PM role—you will be involved in the full lifecycle of projects, from one-call coordination and cost tracking to invoicing, reporting, and client communication. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Client Support Manage multiple environmental remediation and reclamation projects from initiation to closeout Serve as a point of contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships Support development of scopes of work and cost estimates to maintain project flow Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors Financial & Operational Oversight Track and manage project costs for budgeting and reporting Process and track incoming/outgoing invoices for accuracy and compliance Review and approve time, mileage, and project-related submissions Ensure accurate daily time entry approvals for field and office staff Documentation, Reporting & Compliance Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, reports, and records Coordinate and maintain project files, folders, and regulatory documentation Verify laboratory data, chains of custody (COCs), and analytical reporting Technical & Systems Support Utilize and support GIS tools (mapping, georeferencing, feature calculations) Assist with internal project management tools and systems Operations & Administrative Support Coordinate meetings, safety briefings, and training sessions Maintain office/shop inventory and coordinate supply needs Assist with shop/yard coordination and general operational support Handle project-related communications and email correspondence Support internal team needs, scheduling, and logistics Qualifications 3+ years of experience in environmental consulting, remediation, or oil & gas services Experience managing or supporting field-based environmental projects Strong understanding of cost tracking, invoicing, and project workflows Familiarity with One Call systems and field coordination Experience with lab data, COCs, and environmental reporting Working knowledge of GIS Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Texas regulatory familiarity (RRC, TCEQ, UL) Soil remediation, spill response, or site reclamation experience Exposure to oil and gas operators Work Environment Hybrid role: office, field, and occasional shop/yard involvement Regular coordination with field crews and operations teams Moderate travel within Texas Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (DOE) Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Per diem for travel Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Why This Role Stands Out High-impact role with direct involvement in project execution Broad exposure across operations, technical work, and client management Opportunity to grow into senior project and operational leadership
