Job Description:

Senior Project Manager | Hybrid (Oakbrook Terrace, IL) We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work on Mondays and Fridays, with onsite collaboration Tuesday through Thursday at 2 Lincoln Centre, Oakbrook Terrace, IL. If you excel at leading complex projects end to end and thrive in stakeholder-facing environments, this is a strong long-term opportunity.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage complex projects from initiation through completion Develop and execute project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, and resources Assign tasks, guide project teams, and monitor overall progress and performance Track budgets and expenses to ensure projects stay within financial targets Communicate project status, risks, and issues with stakeholders and senior leadership Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies Facilitate project meetings and drive decisions to keep delivery on track Manage and maintain all project documentation, schedules, and reports Contribute to and support project management best practices and process improvements

What You Bring:

Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Hands-on experience with project management tools and software Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and timelines PMP certification (required) ????

Pay:
