Project Manager - Gutter Installation & Services Onyx Home Improvement is looking for an organized, hands-on Project Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our gutter installation and service jobs. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on keeping projects moving, solving problems on the fly, and building relationships with customers and crews — with significant room to grow within the company. What You'll Do Coordinate and schedule gutter installation and service jobs with customers and install crews Serve as the main point of contact for the team, fielding calls and resolving day-of issues quickly Order and track materials to keep jobs on schedule and within budget Update and maintain accurate job records in our CRM Assist with hiring — screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and helping build out the crew Attend company meetings and occasionally help organize/lead them Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, customer concerns, and crew logistics as they come up What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills — you can juggle multiple jobs and priorities at once Excellent communication skills; comfortable on the phone with customers and crew members Experience in construction, home improvement, or a related trade is a plus (gutter experience preferred but not required) Comfortable using CRM software and learning new tools A proactive problem-solver who can make decisions independently Prior scheduling, dispatch, or project coordination experience preferred Why Join Onyx Home Improvement Growing company with real opportunity for advancement Hands-on role where your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and crew success Be part of a tight-knit team that values reliability and initiative
