• Position Summary
• The organization is seeking an
• experienced
• Project Manager
• to support complex digital transformation initiatives across mobile applications, online banking platforms, and related digital channels.

This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, driving execution from planning through implementation and closure while ensuring projects align with business objectives and deliver meaningful customer outcomes. This position operates in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong visibility and collaboration across business and technology teams.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead complex, mid- to large-scale digital initiatives from initiation through closure
• Manage project planning, execution, implementation, performance analysis, and reporting
• Drive project prioritization and coordinate day-to-day delivery activities
• Partner with business, product, and technology stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and success metrics
• Apply
• Agile and Scrum methodologies
• to support iterative delivery and adaptability
• Facilitate critical decision-making and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resource needs
• Ensure adherence to enterprise project management methodologies and best practices
• Track budgets, schedules, and performance metrics to ensure projects meet delivery commitments
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that enhance the customer/member experience
• Support organizational change efforts related to digital transformation initiatives
• Required Qualifications
• Senior-level experience leading complex enterprise projects as a Project Manager
• Strong expertise with
• Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Demonstrated experience supporting or delivering
• digital banking or financial services transformation initiatives
• , including:
• Mobile applications
• Online banking platforms
• Customer/member digital experiences
• Proven ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
