About Our Client Our client is a well-established, family-owned general contractor with a long-standing reputation for excellence across multiple market sectors. With decades of success, a strong backlog of work, and a people-first culture, they offer a stable environment where employees can make a meaningful impact and grow their careers. Job Description Lead multiple healthcare construction projects simultaneously, managing work ranging from smaller renovations to projects valued at $1M+. Oversee all aspects of project delivery including budgeting, scheduling, contracts, financial management, procurement, and client relations. Partner closely with leadership to help drive operational success and support the continued growth of the healthcare division. Manage healthcare projects within occupied hospital environments while maintaining safety, quality, and minimal disruption to operations. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, field teams, and self-perform crews throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project schedules utilizing MS Project and monitor project performance through Procore and financial management systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, consultants, architects, and stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations. Support preconstruction efforts, project planning, estimating, and strategic decision-making when required. Work primarily throughout Rhode Island with occasional projects in Southeastern Massachusetts and Connecticut. Split time between project sites and the Cranston, RI office, approximately 60% office and 40% field presence.
