This role is vital in coordinating all aspects of fence installation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management expertise, exceptional project leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results in infrastructure development. Duties Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of fence installation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows. Review construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to verify project scope and technical specifications. Manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Prolog, or HeavyBid for project scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting. Ensure compliance with all construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee construction schedule coordination, monitor progress on-site, and resolve any issues that may impact project delivery. Read and interpret construction plans and schematics accurately to guide teams effectively. Manage contracts and procurement processes to secure materials and services needed for each project phase. Lead project meetings, provide clear communication updates, and foster a collaborative team environment focused on safety and quality. Skills Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on fencing or similar civil works. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, cost management, and budget control techniques. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, or equivalent tools. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans with precision; familiarity with Civil 3D is a plus. Excellent project scheduling skills coupled with experience managing construction schedules in fast-paced environments. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively on construction sites while maintaining safety standards. Deep understanding of construction regulations and compliance requirements relevant to infrastructure projects. Effective communication skills for coordinating between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Strong time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
