Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience leading meetings and communicating with public or external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Experience in the energy, clean energy, energy efficiency, sustainability, utility, or environmental sector
  • Government or public-sector experience
  • Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, utilities, engineers, or other technical stakeholders
  • Project management experience involving multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Experience with public outreach, community engagement, or program promotion
  • Experience analyzing program data and developing reports or presentationsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an organized and highly collaborative Energy Program Manager to support the development and implementation of clean energy projects and initiatives.
This role combines project management, stakeholder engagement, public outreach, communications, data analysis, and program coordination. You will help move projects from concept through implementation while working with customers, contractors, engineers, utilities, facility managers, government stakeholders, and community partners.

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, leading meetings, developing polished written materials, analyzing program information, and representing the program to external audiences.

Clean Energy Project Management
  • Manage multiple active clean energy installation projects from planning through implementation
  • Lead weekly project meetings and coordinate schedules, deliverables, action items, and deadlines
  • Track project progress and help ensure customers, contractors, and other partners meet commitments
  • Coordinate project documentation, including Purchase Orders, contracts, MOUs, and related materials
  • Communicate regularly with engineers, utility representatives, contractors, facility managers, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct occasional site visits to monitor progress, collect information, take photographs, or help troubleshoot project issuesOutreach & Communications
  • Conduct outreach to key stakeholders to promote clean energy programs and identify potential projects
  • Develop clear, professional outreach materials, reports, memoranda, web content, contact lists, and other program communications
  • Support social media and public-facing communications
  • Represent the program at public events, conventions, expos, and community events
  • Lead and participate in stakeholder meetings and public discussionsProgram Support & Data
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with public and external stakeholders
  • Provide logistical and outreach support for clean energy initiatives
  • Compile, analyze, and distribute program data to track outcomes and support project delivery
  • Create presentations, reports, and visualizations that communicate program progress and results
  • Maintain organized project and program documentation
