POSITION TITLE
Johnston Plant Intern
POSITION OVERVIEW
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting real business priorities within Process Improvement Department. The intern will contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop skills aligned to professional growth and business impact. This role is designed to provide practical experience in a fast-paced environment while building foundational capabilities in problem solving, communication, and teamwork. This internship is a full-time (40 hours/week), paid position that is 11-12 weeks in length during the summer of 2027, located at our Johnston location.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support day-to-day activities and key projects within Process Improvement Conduct research, analysis, or data review to support business decisions Assist in developing reports, presentations, or process documentation Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organization Identify opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains Present project findings, recommendations, or results
QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED
Candidates with or working toward a BS Engineering Strong user of Microsoft Office suite of products, with advanced Excel skills. Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS - PREFERRED
Exposure to Microsoft Office Systems Prior internship, project, or relevant experience
