We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of custom homes from pre-construction through closeout. This is a hands-on field leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple custom home projects while ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction goals are achieved. What You'll Do As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary field leader for your assigned homes and will: Lead daily construction activities from preconstruction through completion and homeowner handoff Coordinate trade partners, suppliers, internal teams, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and overall construction performance Maintain accurate project records and communications through Buildertrend Monitor quality standards, conduct inspections, and resolve field issues proactively Communicate regularly with homeowners and provide timely updates on project progress Coordinate jobsite resources to support efficient project execution Review plans, specifications, selections, and contracts to ensure successful construction outcomes Manage punch lists, closeout activities, and final project delivery Identify risks early and drive solutions that protect schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction What Success Looks Like Successful Project Managers at
