Position Summary The Sales Solutions Project Manager is responsible for supporting CRL Fallbrook Interior Partition System projects by delivering accurate estimates, technical solutions, and project coordination from initial quotation through project completion. This individual serves as a key partner to customers, sales teams, customer service, and manufacturing operations, helping convert opportunities into orders while ensuring projects move efficiently through the sales and execution process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and motivated by managing complex projects, driving responsiveness, and delivering exceptional service within the glass and glazing industry. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate project estimates and quotations for CRL Fallbrook Interior Partition System opportunities. Review project drawings, specifications, product requirements, and customer documentation to develop complete pricing and technical solutions. Manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from quotation and order entry through project completion. Collaborate with customers, sales representatives, customer service, manufacturing, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and executed. Track active quotations, follow up on pending opportunities, and support conversion of pipeline activity into booked orders. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quote status, project updates, lead times, and order requirements. Ensure pricing, specifications, timelines, and scope are accurately documented and communicated. Identify opportunities to improve quoting efficiency, customer responsiveness, and project execution processes. Support revenue growth initiatives through strong project ownership, customer engagement, and proactive communication. Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience in estimating, project coordination, inside sales, customer service, or a related role. Experience within glass, glazing, entrance systems, interior partition systems, construction, building products, manufacturing, or related industries. Ability to read and interpret project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems used for estimating, project tracking, and customer communications. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Experience supporting architectural glass, glazing, storefront, entrance systems, or interior partition projects. Knowledge of estimating practices, construction documentation, and project management processes. Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or project management systems.
