Job Description

OpSource Direct is seeking an Industrial Project Manager for for a client in Spartanburg, SC.
Pay:
$90,000 - $100,000/yr. DOE Job Duties/Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee millwright projects from inception to completion. Develop project scopes, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor project progress, address any delays or issues, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure objectives are met. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Manage procurement processes for necessary equipment, materials, and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation for stakeholders and senior management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors or clients to maintain alignment on project goals. Qualifications & Requirements Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong understanding of industrial processes, systems, and workflows. Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards relevant to industrial projects. General knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles in project settings. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and solve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
