Project Coordinator (Residential, Commercial, Remodeling & Development)

Full-Time Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinator to coordinate a wide range of projects, including custom homes, commercial construction, remodeling, and ground-up development projects. This role requires strong financial management, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts while ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. The Project Coordinator will work in close collaboration with internal teams, field managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to support successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed cost breakdowns, budgets, and project schedules
  • Coordinate custom home builds, commercial construction, remodels, and development projects from pre-construction through completion
  • Supervise job sites to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Coordinate and order materials, maintaining timelines and cost control
  • Manage all phases of construction and development, including planning, execution, and close-out
  • Schedule, coordinate, and ensure all inspections are passed without delays
  • Prepare and submit bank draw requests, ensuring full compliance with lender requirements
  • Ensure cost tracking and documentation align with construction loan processes, avoiding delays in funding
  • Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of project costs, budgets, and progress
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, inspectors, and clients
  • Ensure accurate invoicing, including correct amounts and responsible parties
  • Monitor budgets and proactively address cost overruns, delays, or discrepancies
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with residential, commercial, remodeling, and development projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction budgeting, cost breakdowns, and financial tracking
  • Hands-on experience with construction loans, bank draws, and lender coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
  • Strong communication skills across teams and stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Experience with land development, site work, and infrastructure coordination
  • Knowledge of permitting, zoning, and local inspection processes
