Dalco Roofing is looking for a Bilingual Project Coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, who can prioritize and multitask while providing excellent customer service. This role involves taking inbound calls, and email correspondences, planning and scheduling work orders, and assisting with data entry. Our Central Texas office is currently located in Buda, TX. However, we are looking to relocate to a bigger office space in the South Austin area by the start of 2027. The selected candidate will be required to spend 6 weeks in Houston, TX for paid training. The company will cover transportation, lodging, and meals during the training period.
Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring the data is accurate and up to date. Answer inbound calls via company cell phone and provide excellent customer service. Confirm schedules with clients via phone with outstanding phone etiquette. Email correspondence to customers. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. And other job duties assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.) Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills. Flexibility to learn on the job and support a wide scope of work. Experience in customer service or administrative role preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to providing excellent customer service. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company. ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
