Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept through successful completion. This role is responsible for driving project execution, managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication while ensuring business objectives are met. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale projects and programs with high visibility and business impact. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies. Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Partner with engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, sales, and other business functions to support project success. Manage new product development, launch activities, engineering changes, and operational readiness initiatives. Oversee prototype, tooling, and pre-production activities as needed. Implement project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor and support project team members and junior project managers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sciences, or a related field preferred. 7+ years of project or program management experience, including leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a matrixed environment. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and change management practices. PMP certification preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, including Microsoft Project. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Financial acumen and experience managing project budgets. Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering results. Additional Information Up to 25% travel may be required. Ability to work extended hours when business needs or project deadlines require. Experience within manufacturing, product development, or industrial environments is highly preferred. Why Join Us? Pay Details:
$45.00 to $60.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
