Cost and Project Controls Analyst Salary:

Cost Control & Project Controls Analyst:
Prepare monthly project cost-control and financial performance reporting. Analyze budgets, actual costs, commitments, profitability, and project forecasts. Partner with Project Managers to review results, identify variances, and support corrective actions. Assist with monthly forecasting and Estimate at Completion (EAC) analysis. Monitor project performance, identify financial risks, and provide actionable recommendations. Develop and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and project-control processes. Qualifications for the
Cost Control & Project Controls Analyst:
3-7 years of experience in construction accounting, project controls, cost control, project accounting, or a related field. Strong understanding of construction job costing and project financial analysis. Experience analyzing budgets, forecasts, commitments, costs, and profitability.
