Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in mold remediation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee mold remediation projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage both small and large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage mold remediation projects.
• Conduct thorough assessments of affected areas, identifying the extent of mold damage and creating detailed action plans.
• Work closely with clients, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure timely and effective completion of projects.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company protocols.
• Provide progress updates to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Stay current with industry standards and best practices in mold remediation and environmental restoration.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in mold remediation or a similar field (such as
• water damage restoration or environmental hazard management
• ).
• Strong knowledge of mold inspection, removal techniques, and moisture control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certifications in mold remediation (such as TDLR) are required.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards (e.g., EPA, OSHA).
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• TDLR Mold worker license or TDLR Mold Remediation Contractor License is required
