Job Description As the Senior Project Manager , you will report into senior leadership and oversee multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive client satisfaction, manage internal teams, and ensure successful project delivery. Reviewing and verifying constructability of the plans and specifications. Creating and enforcing a construction schedule that is tracked and updated daily with a constant monthly look ahead to ensure timely completion of the project. Initial project estimates and bidding and qualifying subcontractors Preparing scopes of work and recommending subcontractors to be selected for contracting on the construction of the project. Sending out invitations to bid and managing the bidding process. Negotiating scopes of work and final contract amounts, preparing, estimating and verifying change order requests Responding to RFI's or submittals and responding to subcontractor or consultants project related questions. Directing and managing each of the Superintendents and Project Engineers to maintain the performance of subcontractors and consultants on-site. Implementation of strict construction safety practices Verify compliance with the plans and specifications, hosting weekly and monthly jobsite meetings as well as managing and conducting other duties necessary for the successful completion of the projects. The Successful Applicant For the Senior Project Manager we are seeking: 5+ years of experience holding the official title of Project Manager Strong track record delivering commercial ground‑up construction projects Tilt‑wall construction experience highly preferred Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Collaborative, humble, high‑ownership leadership style Strong communication and client‑facing skills Ability to mentor and support development of emerging project managers Construction‑related degree preferred but not required What's on Offer Base salary: $140,000 - $165,000 Quarterly bonus program Car allowance: $750/month + gas card + toll tag Comprehensive benefits 401k Three weeks PTO Relocation support considered Significant growth opportunity with a clear path toward future Director‑level leadership
