Role:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of the project to ensure it's completed on time, within budget, and to the required quaility standards. Key responsibilities include planning, schedling, budging, coordinatin gwith clients, subcontractors and vendors, and onsite superintendents. Create project schedule Order materials and plan deliveries Manage project job cost Create detailed weekly reports Communicate and build relationships with owners Communicate with, assist, and manage onsite superintendents Communicate with subcontractors and vendors as necessary Perform site visits Ensure safety guidelines are being adhered to
