full-time Great direct hire Project Manager opportunity in the Katy area! The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. 80% in office 20% travel.
Responsibilities Project Oversite:
5-20 projects from start to finish, leading a team of 3-5 Superintendents.
Performance Management:
KPIs Planning & Budgeting:
project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, project schedules, purchasing coordination, and document control
Project Accounting:
WIP reporting and monthly billings
Schedule Management:
ensure construction activities remain on schedule
Field Coordination:
conduct regular jobsite visits and work closely with field superintendents to oversee daily construction activities.
